At Just Desserts Winder, every order is prepared fresh and handled with care. Because our products are perishable and often custom‑made, we follow the guidelines below to ensure safe, timely delivery and pickup.

Local Delivery

We currently offer local delivery within Winder, GA and nearby areas.

  • Delivery availability depends on distance, order size, and scheduling.

  • Delivery fees vary by location and will be provided at checkout or during ordering.

  • A confirmed delivery window will be shared once your order is accepted.

  • Someone must be present to receive the order. We cannot leave perishable items unattended unless you explicitly approve it.

If no one is available at the delivery address and we cannot reach you, the order may be returned to the shop. A second delivery attempt may require an additional fee.

In‑Store Pickup

Customers may choose free in‑store pickup during regular business hours.
•     Pickup times are selected at checkout.
•     Please arrive at the scheduled time to ensure freshness.
•     Orders not picked up on the scheduled date are non‑refundable due to the perishable nature of our products.

Shipping

At this time, we do not offer nationwide shipping for cakes, cupcakes, pastries, or other perishable items.
If non‑perishable items become available in the future, shipping options will be added to this policy.

Order Processing Time

    • Standard orders typically require 24–48 hours to prepare.

    • Custom cakes and large orders may require 3–7 days of advance notice.

    • Rush orders may be available depending on our schedule and product type.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
  • We cannot refund or replace orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Weather & Unexpected Delays

Severe weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times.
If delays occur, we will contact you as soon as possible to coordinate a solution.
